• Androscoggin Riverlands State Park — A huge park, with frontage on the river. Dogs allowed (and ATVs, snowmobiles, motorbikes…lots of them). But there are also walker-biker-only trails, too.
• Leavitt Area High School Trail — 1.3 miles of wide, easy paths through a pretty forest, used by the cross-country team and groomed for skiing in the winter.
• Jones-Bonney Turner Village Park — A .5-mile or so loop near the Hannaford grocery store, with a river view.
