In early to mid June, you will also see wildflowers, such as painted trillium and lady slipper orchids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trail begins at the ranger&#8217;s office at Roaring Brook Campground. In about 100 yards, you&#8217;ll see the junction for the trail to the right after crossing the bridge. The trail edges the stream for a short distance before turning into the woods. Don&#8217;t miss the spur to the bog, about halfway through the loop, as it is the highlight of the walk!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions: <\/strong> Pick up the trailhead at the ranger station of Roaring Brook Campground.
