Crowds might be limited because there is very little parking, just for a car or two on the roadside. The river current can also be fast. A fishway helps migrating fish swim upstream.<br \/><br \/>To find the park, look for a small trail sign near the western end of the bridge, on the left if you&#8217;ve just crossed it. You can pull over one car here and walk 0.1 to a small area where you can access the river and look at the pretty falls. <\/p>We found the area suggested for parking, just around the bend from the bridge, on Saco Road, to be quite overgrown when we visited.\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong> From Route 1 in Columbia Falls, head north on Station Road for 2.8 miles, then continue straight onto Saco Road. Go another 1.3 miles. Saco Falls will be on the right.
