The walk in to the beach is along an easy 0.4-mile path that goes slightly downhill. On a hot Saturday morning when we visited, there were only about four cars parked in the lot, which is big enough for about ten vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beach stretches about 400 feet wide and is really beautiful. The area is protected by the Frenchman Bay Conservancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong> From coastal Route 1, drive to Route 183, also called Tunk Lake Road.
