Avoid the lower path! It&#8217;s very wet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/mountain-pond-sandy-river-plantation\/\"><strong>Mountain Pond <\/strong><\/a>\u2014 The 1.5-mile trail climbs to a remote pond.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/four-ponds-trail-on-the-at-rangeley-plantation\/\">Four Ponds Trail on the AT<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 From the west, you can hike nearly 4 miles on a relatively flat section of the AT to reach remote ponds.\u00a0From the west, an 8.7-mile walk, you get some mountain views.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-14807","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
