It is also a gentle, easy hike as far as mountains go, so is quite popular with families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/kingdom-woods-conservation-area-blue-hill\/\">Kingdom Woods Conservation Area<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 This 878-acre preserve includes a 50-acre pond. It&#8217;s a wonderful place to visit, and has about 3.25 miles in its trail system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/peters-brook-trail-blue-hill\/\">Peters Brook Trail and Penny&#8217;s Preserve<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 Five miles of trails, including a waterfall and quarries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/blue-hill-town-trail-blue-hill\/\">Blue Hill Town Trail<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 A small loop in the woods designed to be very easy to walk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/south-street-to-parker-hill-trail-blue-hill\/\">Heart of Blue Hill Trails<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 Easy, well-made trails connecting South Street and down town. Parts of the trail are wheelchair accessible \u2014 and the rest offers easy walking, including many stairs up the hill.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/seaside-cemetery-blue-hill\/\">Seaside Cemetery<\/a> <\/strong>\u2014 In this small, beautiful graveyard on the coast, you can do a half-mile loop along the wheelchair-accessible lanes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mainebyfoot.com\/salt-pond-blueberry-barrens\/\">Salt Pond Blueberry Barrens <\/a><\/strong>\u2013 38 acres of undeveloped blueberry barrens sloping down to Salt Pond, a tidal saltwater pond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-14146","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
